Dr. Rich Halverson is the Co- Director of the Network and the Grand Challenges Initiative. He is also a Professor in the Department of Education Leadership and Policy Analysis. He holds affiliate appointments in Educational Psychology, and Curriculum and Instruction Departments at the School of Education, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a Fellow at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery. Rich got his PhD in Learning Science from Northwestern University. He a Wisconsin native, a former K-12 teacher and administrator.
